Renaissance Style Artists & Crafters Wanted

The Holmen High School Vocal Choirs are looking for artists and crafters that would like to sell their wares at the HHS Renaissance Feast and Festival. Dec. 19th and/or 20th, 2009.  This is a fundraising event, which gives you an opportunity to sell last minute Christmas gifts.  The fee covers an 8 foot long by 4 foot deep area, located around the Caste Courtyard (Commons Area).  Upon arrival the guests will have the opportunity to view your wares.  The King will announce a dedicated shopping and gaming period after the performance.  You will need to provide tables or fixtures, due the use of all the schools tables for the 250 guests anticipated.

Photos of your artwork and a note describing your setup, need to be submitted with the fee by Nov. 14th (checks made payable to HHS).  The sooner the registration is approved, the sooner we can market your coming. Artists must be willing to participate in the atmosphere of the evening and are encouraged to dress up and sell their wares the old fashioned way.  Tables and fixtures may remain overnight Saturday, but HHS can not guarantee the security of your artwork.  There is a mass service at the school Sunday morning.  Arrangements may be made to secure artwork in the Large Group Instruction room.

Chose one or both. Saturday, the evening is anticipated at 3 hours, set up must begin no earlier than 4 p.m. and must be completed by 6:00 p.m., doors open at 6:30 p.m.  Sunday, set up must begin no earlier than 11:30 a.m. and must be completed by 1:00 p.m., doors open at 1:30 p.m.

Saturday, December 19th 7 p.m. — Table Fee $30.00
Includes one hog wing dinner & entertainment, extra dinners available upon request.

Sunday, December 20th 2 p.m. — Table Fee $25.00
Food is being sold extra during the event on Sunday from booths.

Reserve both days for $40.00 (includes one Saturday dinner)
