Artist Workshops

In partnership with Cornucopia Art Center, Springboard for the Arts will present “Work of Art:  Business Skills for Artists,” workshop in Lanesboro, MN on October 16-17, 2009.  Two sessions, “Pricing Your Work:  Getting Paid for What You Do” and “Marketing for Artists” will be presented byKathleen Richert of Springboard in the two-day workshop. 

Held at the Lanesboro Community Center, the workshop includes Friday, Oct. 16, 6:30-8:30pm and Saturday, Oct. 17, 9:30am-12pm.  The workshop is $85 per person which includes lunch on Saturday.  Artists are asked to bring along work samples and marketing materials.  Registration is due by Thursday, Oct. 15, through this link on Springboard’s website.  For more information about the workshop, contact Cornucopia Art Center 507-467-2446 or Springboard for the Arts 651-292-4381.
